BTOB Lee Changsub comes back with first album 1991 and title song 33.
Okay we all know I am slightly less normal about Changsub. I am not sure why but I just love this man so much and I look forward to all of his music. First of all for some reason I wasn’t aware that he is under fantasia now? I hope that works out for you king. Anyway, the man is finally offering us a full album and it’s a thick one with a thick 8 minute music video and all about being born in 1991, being mid thirty and dealing with life and honestly? I am feeling it very much. Well, let’s get into the review now shall we?
33 puts Changsub’s thoughts, emotions and vocals front and center and I am absolutely here for it. I love that the song has a bit more of an harder edge and goes into rock. Changsub excels at this type of music. It really suits his vocal tone, his vocal ability and overall vibe and 33 is all I could have asked for. I am really enjoying the song and also the message and story it is trying to tell. Changsub is one of BTOB’s vocalists and he could always go for a moody ballad but instead he goes for fun songs such as this and gives us anthems to scream the lyrics to on the top of our lungs. 33 would play amazing live I can feel it.
I sadly haven’t had time to dig through the entire 12 track album for now 33 remains my favorite but I am pretty confident there is gonna be another outstanding b-side on this album I am gonna obsesses over. I am Changsub doesn’t miss in my book. I also wanna shoutout the music video because the story here had me sat and involved. Only Changsub would make me keep watching after the main song is over.
