Spill the Feels is Seventeen's 12th Mini Album, with "Love, Money, Fame" being the title track and lead single. The mini album was -obviously- recorded before Jeonghan started his military service (he enlisted on September 26, 2024).
-I will review the songs in the same order as they appear in the mini album-
"Eyes on You"
Length: 2:55.
Lyrics: Woozi, Bumzu, S.Coups, and Vernon.
Music: Woozi, Bumzu, and Shift K3Y.
"Eyes on You" is an excellent dance track. The song has a great rhythm, and I couldn't help but move my head along the music while listening to it.

"Love, Money, Fame" Feat. DJ Khaled.
I loved this song at the very first listen, the beat sounds nice, the rhythm is good; it's a great song. However, I find DJ Khaled's tag to be such a downer. I don't care about DJ Khaled at all, but, in my opinion, he has one of the worst "producer" tags ever. The sound of "Love, Money, Fame" has the Seventeen stamp all over it, so I'm sure that the "work" DJ Khaled did with this song was minimal -and I hope that someone makes an edited version!-
The MV is great; I love its cinematic style ﹘ it looks very pretty.
The music video follows the members having a crush so badly that they ignore their surroundings and put themselves in dangerous situations. Some scenes of the video made me chuckle a bit.
Style-wise, I like the outfits of this music video. A small voice in my head is telling me that I shouldn't like the basic outfits the Seventeen members wear in the scene where they are dancing on the stairs, but I can't help but love them, especially Wonwoo, who looks fantastic in that grey t-shirt and dark jeans.

Length: 2:37.
Lyrics: Woozi and Bumzu.
Music: Woozi, Bumzu, Park Ki-Tae, Benjmn, Andreas Öberg, and Christoffer Jonsson.
"1 to 13" is a love song, but from the title to the lyrics, "1 to 13" is more of a love song for the fans. It's more evident by the mention in the lyrics about May (which is Seventeen's debut month), and the chorus says, "You Make My Day, You Made My Dawn," which are two of the previous Mini Albums released by Seventeen (they are Seventeen's 5th and 6th Mini Album respectively.) I really enjoyed the song and found the lyrics to be cute.

I'm not a big fan of ballads, and I didn't like this one very much, but the piano solos are absolutely amazing ﹘ I love them.

I love "Rain." The members sound great, the beat sounds great, and the bass sounds so fantastic; it's a phenomenal song.

Length: 2:32.
Lyrics: Vernon, S.Coups, Wonwoo, Mingyu, and Bumzu.

I really dislike the distortion in the members' voices; "Water" would have sound 100% better without that distortion...

Final Thoughts
Spill the Feels is a good mini album; I loved some of the songs, and others ...not so much (looking at you "Water").
I have to say that my favorite song of Spill the Feels is "Rain" by the performance team; it's a truly fantastic song. By the way, the vocal team should have made a song called "mist" or another water-related term instead of "Candy" just to keep with the theme of the other teams, lol.
